Donna, This HUD home looks like it is in good condition. Most of our HUD homes in our area need lots of work and are not move in ready.

Scott~ We had a few calls earlier in year for HUD homes, but not any recently.

Karen~ The few that I've seen in Douglas County have been in good condition. In some areas of the metro area that is not the case.
