The Trumbull CT real estate market report for July 2013 showed a BOOMING 88% INCREASE in sales as compared to the same period last year, with listing and sales averages both INCREASING 9% and 11% respectively.  The median price was UP 7%.  

Days on the market went DOWN significantly to 26% AND market absorption came in with 2.82 months supply of homes, the lowest it has been in a VERY long time and solidly in seller's market territory with a less than six month supply of homes. 

 

Sales for July continued on an upward trend with sales up 72% from June 2013.  July was a phenomenal real estate sales month for Trumbull CT!  See yearly chart below.

The absorption TREND, which shows the number of months it would take to sell the entire inventory at the same pace, came in at 3.95 months for the last three months and is the lowest number in the last year.
