Winnetka condos have been selling fairly briskly this year, as opposed to previous years when they languished on the market.  The biggest issue is simply inventory - there just aren't enough condos for sale in Winnetka to meet the demand.  Many people choose to live instead in Wilmette or Glenview where the inventory is much higher.
