I had the good fortune last week to be able to go for a helicopter ride up to the Ipsoot Glacier high above Pemberton. Pretty awesome ride and one of my main reasons was to be able to get a good look from above to see the land where the new Tiyata Village neighbourhood will be located. You can see that at the end of the video and it's a pretty cool view of the Pemberton Valley from the air. Take a look at the quick video below.
