I am out tromping in the woods today and internet is sparse so I will leave you with less of my thoughts and more of some other wise people.
Yesterday while I was traveling down the road I went by the town where my father in law lives, in a nursing home with Alzheimer's disease, I was running late so I didnt stop but it did get me started thinking about the fact that he is not much more that a 3 decades older than I.
This got me thinking about all of the things that I still need to accomplish before I get to that stage of life.
So I am going to really concentrate on the first quote above, and remember to make a plan to use everyday to it's fullest.
