                        9 Coral Canyon homes sold in the month of September 2013~
                                  2 homes sold for between $200,000 and $250,000
                                  1 home sold for between $250,000 and $300,000
                                  5 homes sold for between $300,000 and $400,000
                                  1 home sold for between $500,000 and $600,000

There were 24 homes for sale in the Coral Canyon Golf Course Community in September 2013 which is a 35.1% decrease from September  2012 when there were 37 homes for sale.

Sales in Coral Canyon were up significantly in September 2013 from September 2012, when  4 homes sold.

Average sales price for a home in Coral Canyon in September 2013 was $325,599.  Average sales price increased 10.06% in September 2013 over September 2012 when the average sales price was $295,836.
