Mourning Energy Left Within a Home

I just posted an article asking the question, " Is Your Current Home Owner Really Ready to Sell? I received many interesting comment and one from Kathleen Daniels need a post to respond.

"Laura,  What about the heart energy of someone who has left a home because they are mourning the loss of their spouse?  The home is vacant and essentially abandoned yet the seller still does not want to sell it because of the memory of his beloved wife.  There is energy there too ... I just don't understand it."

Absolutely there is energy left behind.  Letting go of a beloved one who has passed away and any objects, no matter how big or small related to that person will consist of a "detecting process" mentally, physically and emotionally. Spiritually you are always connected but on the physical plane (Earth) our biggest lesson as humans is learning how to let go.  When you "lose" a loved one, depending on how enlightened you are in understanding what has just happened will depend on how you respond to the process of detachment.

A young spirited person will hold on for dear life while an old soul or one open to understanding will know at heart life does not stop on Earth and their loved one is always connected with them through the connection of signs.  With the proper guidance and Personal Will Power of that given person who is going through the "detaching process" they can overcome the mourning and grieving period. Yet, if they choose to remain in that state of "victim" then closure may be postponed for a very long time.  This could also extend into selling a house and them simply progressing forward with their life as well.

I so do believe that a house has an energy - and that sometimes that energy isn't good. During my years in real estate I watched a few houses be sold repeatedly - because the occupants divorced. I really believe that it was the negative, "warring" energy in that house that caused this repetition.

Laura, You delve into some deep topics and like Marte I can feel the energy of a home. Sometimes it is good and sometimes it is bad and many times it is just neutral.

Very interesting.  It's true that the energy of a home can make it harder to sell.  I would have no idea how to handle the situation that Kathleen describes.
