Before Buying a Home in East Sacramento

buying a home in east sacramentoI sometimes forget when I'm talking with people I pay for services that they might want to hire me for my services. That's not a good thing to forget about when you're in the business of selling and buying real estate in Sacramento. Because almost every person I meet from any walk of life is in some sort of home buying or home selling situation and, if they're not, they wish they were.

As any Sunday Open House attendee can tell you, all it takes is that wish to buy or sell a home, and before you know it, it's happening. Yesterday, I was looking through the wedding photos from my hairdresser's recent wedding when it dawned on me that she is telling me she needs to buy a house in East Sacramento.

Elizabeth, hairdressers can be one of our best allies in the real estate business.  They come across so many people.

Sounds like you both are benefiting from this relationship.  You get your sparkles handled and she gets the best real estate agent in Sacramento to help her buy her first home.

I really love my hairdresser; she gets what I want.

Hi Sarah: Well, I don't go around telling people i'm in real estate and I really should be more vocal about it.

Hi Chris: She does a great job on my hair. I hope to surpass her expectations.

Hi James: But ya gotta admit that bow on your head while you were in the hospital was really cute!!
