We have another great batch of Newbie's First posts this week! You should learn a lot and totally enjoy this group of new AR members!
Erik Hart hit the nail on the head with his Defend the Home post. With Winter quickly upon us, he has outlined several great tips for homeowners to winterize their home!
Lists seem to be big this week! Marie Miller wrote 6 Things you should Do After you sell! We read a lot about getting the house ready. Marie has filled in the rest of the story with her post contract list of items for the Sellers!
Nakia Muhammad really put some great time and effort into explaining to consumers Why Buy a Home Now. Each point was well thought out and well explained. He also added a video which outlined his written thoughts.
Mortgage Expert Tom Barker gives us yet another lists. (We like lists!) He has written a comprehensive list on the Dos and Don'ts when Buying a House. Having just completed a CE class on Credit Repair, we learned many of the things on this list. One could print this out and hand it to all potential Buyers!
Tiffany Haller introduced herself by telling us how much she loves her town. She thinks people should consider Santa Barbara as a Staycation type of town. She is clearly happy where she lives. So much so that we would like to go there too!
Kay Dryer wrote our last list of today! She covered an extremely important topic and one we don't always think of! Child Proof your home goes into detail about things to do to protect your children. It also explains why and has statistics that would scare anyone with children!

Thankful Thought for today...
I'm thankful that I can come to AR and ask a question, knowing that many of my friends will try to help! Today I'm using Google Chrome and am able to insert pictures.
