This would indicate that in October 2013, the number of homes sold was less by 4 units, but the value decreased by almost 3%  with less days on market. Ed - Great market update for Cheshire, CT.  The market there looks to be trending in the right direction, with prices stabilizing and inventory a just a bit on the buyers side of a balanced market.
