Sunday Fun: Tips on Cooking the Thanksgiving Turkey
Cooking a tasty Thanksgiving dinner can be quite elaborate but who says preparing Thanksgiving dinner has to be stressful?
I always loved to watch Julia Child's cooking shows and she seemed to cook best with a glass of wine nearby! Although I don't know who originated the following instructions, I think they would definitely take out all the anxiety you might have about cooking your Thanksgiving turkey!

Silvia: Easy, breazy instructions. No problem, even I can cook with a glass of wine or two. I was actually in the same restaurant with Julia Childs in Santa Barbara. Could not miss that voice.

We're not going to take a chance to change the recipe that we have used for years, as the way we do the turkey is always a success. The recipe you describe sounds great as well.
