My Favorite Newbie First Posts! November 27,
It's a holiday week and one would expect it to be difficult finding Newbies writing excellent first posts. Not the case at all!
When Manual Tobias makes a list, it's not 5 or 7 items long. No he had 12 Home Improvement tips - essential for a Home Remodel. Who wants to do that over the Holidays! His list is well thought out, probably from experience.
Cathy O'Rourke must have taken the same classes I took in Chicago when I first got my license. Can a Personal Letter give you an edge is exactly what my Broker taught me over 20 years ago. Now as multiple offers have returned, any edge is worth the extra effort.
Maya Willner is not just new to AR, she's a newer agent with Keller Williams in Walnut Creek, CA. She brings a problem to the AR membership asking for help and opinions in Opinions Wanted. She goes into great detail about a transaction she's trying to put together that has gone awry. I think you can help her out!
Tommy Lower knocks it out of the park with his localism post on Oakland County Michigan. Situated on the North side of Detroit, Tommy gives an overview of the history of Oakland County in Prime Real Estate and Fly Fishing. I certainly would like to go there! And his pictures are wonderful!
Keith Megeff writes a quasi tutorial on advertising your listing on Craigslist. This is not something I've really done so his title Craigslist, what are you doing different? really caught my eye. It's well written and easy to read. Who knows You might learn something too!
Tomorrow is Thanksgiving. I wish you all a wonderful safe day.
