I’m “Open” For Business During The Holiday Selling Season
There’s always a lot of discussion about the advantages(or disadvantages) of selling your home during the holidays. The pros and the cons have been weighed for years. We hear there are fewer buyers but those who are “out there” are truly focused on buying.
Relocations don’t necessarily stop during the holidays nor do other life changing events. Less competition of homes on the market for sale can mean your home can stand out in a less crowded field.
I sometimes wonder if sellers(and buyers) may be given a message from the real estate community that they should wait to put their home on the market or to begin a home search until the beginning of the new year. Do you think some agents prefer to be doing other things rather than preparing paperwork, planning advertising, arranging photography and videos to ensure a home is ready to put on the market during the holiday season? Maybe a vacation - spending family time - shopping always more shopping - perhaps baking or getting into the festivities of the season -- there are certainly lots of distractions to contend with.
I enjoy those things too but I’m letting you know -- I’m “Open” For Business During The Holiday Selling Season. In fact, over the years this season has brought many presents for my clients who have decided to sell or purchase during the season. Yes, the competition is less for you as a buyer or seller and sometimes for me too as some agents “shut the door to business”. So if you are in the market for selling or purchasing real estate - I’m “Open” for your business.
For your Pasadena real estate needs(in fact anywhere in the San Gabriel Valley or adjacent areas within the city of Los Angeles), I can be reached at 818.516.4393 cell or michaeljacobs@coldwellbanker.com.
