Our Jacksonville Realtors had an incredible end to 2013! We are celebrating our top sales agents for the month of December and the 4th Quarter of 2013. In December, Team Davidson pulled in $7.4 million in sales and $13.7 million in closings. For the 4th quarter, we had $38.6 million in sales and over $27.2 million in closings! And, we flew by our $90 million closings goal for the year, ending 
2013 with $96 million in closings.

Ana Speziale – Top Listing Agent for December
Mirtha Barzaga – Top Sales Agent for December and Top Producer for the 4th Quarter
Mirtha had a total of 19 closings totaling over $5.6 million for the 4th quarter!
Pauline Cake and Woody Cake – Top Producers for December and Top Listing Agents for the 4th Quarter
The Cake Team had over $3.1 million in total sales for the quarter.
Ted Tyndall – Top Sales Agent for the 4th Quarter
Ted had $2.5 million in sales, all of which were new home construction for an international investor.
