Downpayment Assistance Programs?

 Hello Everyone,

I was wondering if all of my fellow agents out there are using the latest in FHA 100% programs out there which are Ameri-dream, Aquarius, etc. Right now they are 90% of the business that I'm closing. It looks like in Alabama this year it is going to be the the only way to do 100% loans which is fine with me. It  takes a couple of times writing them to get the hang of it but I want to tell you THANK GOD FOR THEM right now or it would be rather lean. Sometimes you have to adjust your sales price to make them work especially with a builder but hey a closing is a closing. Hope all is well
