Hard Work and Focus

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with CastNet Realty TREC#263257

There is no secret to personal success.  It comes down to Hard Work and Focus.  There are many people in the the personal development industry that will tell you the same thing!

I like to strategize and Make a goal, Make a Plan and Follow the Steps to achieve my goals.  It is as simple as 1-2-3.

Ask me how to become a successful real estate agent and I can give you countless methods, tips, things you can do to improve your performance but it literally will come down to these 3 things.

Goal.

Plan.

Action.

If you are not willing to do this, forget about all the other things.  Simplify your life. Simplify your tasks and start with the basics.  Rookie agents need to understand this first and it will start them out right in their career.

I am so proud of my new agent, Steven Paul.  He has done this and today he got his first contract accepted.  The best part of all, it was on a listing he just procured by knocking on the door of a For Sale By Owner.   He has been diligent ever since he started. He has listened, he has learned and then he applied that knowledge.  One month from now, he will be much richer for the experience.  In fact, in many ways, he already is!
