Realtors: What is one thing you wish someone would have told you when you were getting started in the business?

• Is there something that someone could have said that would have kept you from having to learn a tough lesson the hard way?
  
  
• Is there a tip, tactic or technique that would have saved you time and/or money?
  
  
• Is there a warning you find yourself giving to Newbies about an element of the business you find precarious or risky?
