It's Time To Donate To The Prom Closet In Charlotte, NC
Prom season in Charlotte, NC is around the corner.... and the Closet Ministry is planning for its fifth annual Prom Closet Event in Charlotte on March 15th. If you haven't heard of the Prom Closet, this program helps dress high school junior and senior girls, who can't afford to buy expensive formal wear, for free.
Charlotte Prom Closet has already collected some 600 dresses but will welcome more donations between now and mid-March. In addition to formal dresses, they are asking for donations of evening shoes, handbags, jewelry, manicure/pedicure gift cards, etc. Click here to find out what and how to donate to the Prom Closet.

You can donate during normal business hours throughout the Charlotte metro area, including south Charlotte, Union County, Mint Hill, and Lancaster, South Carolina just south of the Ballantyne area.

Time: Doors will open at noon; event will begin at 12:30pm and go until 4:30pm
Cost: FREE, but advance regisration is REQUIRED at: http://www.theclosetpromevent.com/register/
Please note that girls under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a female adult.
Hair and make-up professionals will also be available for anyone looking for a makeover and a professional photographer will be present to take pictures for future reference.
