It’s been a rough day. Got a full price short sale offer on Friday and went to submit and house had been pulled from the system. No offer in 100 days so they pulled it and my sellers are being required to re-send every single piece of documentation again. Sigh! They drove to my office and we faxed it all again. Now we wait, again.

We also had a closing scheduled for this morning and the last time I spoke with my agent they were sitting in the attorney’s office still waiting for the package. #bankfail She said the loan officer was in her office crying. Of course, that doesn’t help, what I would prefer she do is get up and go to the processing department and make someone actually DO their job.

We scheduled a closing for Wednesday, then 15 minutes later were rescheduling for a different time slot.

Yup, it was Monday alright How was your day?

It was a Monday here, too, Tammy. Bumpy up & down kind of day. My question is why was the loan officer at the closing table before they knew the docs were out? Hope that one had a happy ending!

Laura- I need it to get better and quick

John- loan officer wasn't at the attorney's office... buyers, sellers and agents were. We were told last week it was all "approved" and the closing was set. When everyone got to the closing we found out the package still had not arrived and that underwriting wanted an ammendment before they would send out package.

I was chasing HUD-1's for closing tomorrow. Got 1 for morning closing and it was full of errors. Second one did not arrive but we figured out what funds to bring to closing. Dropped off EMD for a new contract with the title company then dealt with a shower which needs to be retiled due to a water leak. Tomorrow should be even crazier.

Mine was a Monday as well. Signed a new seller/buyer over the weekend. Then got the dreaded phone call....I've changed my mind and decided to stay put.

Working an investor and the bank counters his offer for an outrageous amount. He decides to walk away from the property.
