Westlake Village, California, has a great lifestyle and a range of home prices for many buyers of upscale Southern California property. The two subdivisions featured here are located close to the Famous LAKE SHERWOOD country and golf club, past home to the Tiger Woods golf tournies. With lakes, golf, tennis, hiking, biking and every outdoor enjoyment possible, this part of Westlake Village (in the Conejo Valley of Southern California) is very desirable!

These lovely subdivisions are located in Westlake Village, south of the Ventura 101 freeway, and about 1/2 way between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara. For many professionals, the commute to the San Fernando Valley is an easy 30 minutes, while getting to the different areas in Los Angeles can take between 45 minutes and 1 1/2 hours, depending on your destination. Zuma Beach in Malibu is rated as one of the top beaches in Southern California, and is an easy 20 minute drive; an afternoon in Santa Barbara is doable with about a 45 minute drive each way. There are so many things to do in the Conejo Valley - theater, dining, entertainment, the lakes, seasonal attractions such as the Strawberry Festival in Ventura or Conejo Valley Days in Thousand Oaks, hiking the beautiful trails and ridges, biking, of course THE BEACH!, and a plethora of community activities - residents here are never without choices of activities! The schools are excellent - we enjoy some of the highest API scores in the state!
