In a perfect world...every profession would "play by the rules" established for their profession...Lawyers would not stretch out cases to earn more money....Realtors would not practice outside of their area of expertise...contractors would only do just what is necessary and stand behind the work they perform. These are all "perfect world" scenarios....and what a wonderful world it would be if that were true. But it is not....and it would seem from this Blogger's perspective that part of the reason to Blog on any platform is to "tell like it is"....the reality of life....and the experiences you have in it. Not always good ones...but hopefully explaining the ones that were less than perfect will give another allied professional....or a consumer a Heads Up in a situation that they may encounter.
Not every experience is pleasant or perfect and if a blog about one that serves as a caution, saves one person from making a mistake...makes them think twice about a situation before acting on it...the Blog has done the world a favor in trying to make it "more perfect".
The only way we can improve the image of the industry and allied professions is by being aware of who is doing what and what can be done to make it better. If we all work at shining the light on the true professionals and making others aware of less than professional conduct...we are on our way.....to a Perfect World. Amen and Women.
