We have an outstanding sphere....they get our purple envelopes with snail mail newsletters once a month...Our calendar will appear with their pre-Christmas mail...words of maintenance, decorating, energy saving, market outlook advice appear monthly....and their gratitude is expressed in their kindness
in referring family, friends, neighbors and co-workers to us who are buying and selling homes in the area.
Our "area" spans southeastern Wisconsin largely due to our short sale and divorce specialities...we have made it our business to learn the areas well to best be able to assist clients listing homes in a lot of different geographic areas.
Today, we are expressing our gratitude to a friend/neighbor who referred a Seller to us who also became an out of state buyer that we were able to refer to another agent. Both closings were successful within the last two weeks.
We talked about going out for dinner....but decided to have adult beverages on the deck followed by a Kabob - a-Que ..it would be more fun.....Chicken, Vegetable or Beef varieties...
Fresh corn on the cob, farmers market salad, hot herbed bread, green beans with dill.....and raspberry cheesecake in case we can still have eat after dinner . We love to entertain....and be able to say "thank you" in a more personal way to people who have personally referred us.
Thank you....is more special when you specially take the time to have it fit the referring people...who took the time to refer us !
