This week’s report on home values for San Clemente and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a San Clemente Realtor Michael Albrecht. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 4.8 percent, for new homes up 13.7 percent and for resale condos up 11,7 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 15.7 percent and down 14.9 percent on condos and up 22.0 percent for new homes.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 3.5 percent and the sales volume is down 25.4 percent.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are down 4.9 percent and the sales volume is down 17.6 percent.
- Aliso Viejo sales prices are up 6.9 percent and the sales volume is up 12.3 percent.
- Laguna Niguel sales prices are down 6.3 percent and the sales volume is down 10.5 percent.
- Rancho Santa Margarita sales prices are up 16.5 percent and the sales volume down 11.6 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 9.7 percent and the sales volume is down 23.1 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 3.6 percent and the sales volume is down 4.2 percent.
This is an interesting week look at how the condos have come up for the county, wow. We also see that Aliso Viejo is having a big come back this week in both the median sales price and the sales volume. We will have to watch Aliso Viejo. San Clemente had the sales volume drop off dramitically over the last week in the 92672 zip code. The market for these zip codes show that the market cannot figure out exactly what it wants to do. A very mixed report.
