Avg. price per sq. ft. (Solds): $154.80 (Down $5 per Sq. Ft. up 4% from Feb. '08, Down 18% from March '07)
Avg. Days on Market (Solds): 119 (Down 12 days, 9% from Feb. 08, Up 27 days, 29% from March '07)
