There is a fairly wide range of homes for sale with at least five bedrooms in and around Delta, Colorado. This market report includes Delta and the surrounding rural area. That's anything with an 81416 zip code. Five bedroom and larger homes give buyers a lot of options...even if you don't need five or more bedrooms. You can have designated guest bedrooms, office space or rooms for different hobbies. The choice are up to you. 

Here's a look at the current inventory:

• Prices range from $154,900 to $450,000. 
• The average listed price is $290,577.
• The median listed price is $275,000.

Within about a 30 minute drive, or less...you can experience a wide range of outdoor activities. Hiking, fishing, biking, photography, hunting, rafting, downhill and cross country skiing are all popular activities right in Delta's backyard.
