Step 2 - Call a local Realtor.
You need somebody to represent you. You need somebody that will guide you through the entire process, educate you, and negotiate on your behalf. You need somebody that knows the Fort Wayne real estate market and has the knowledge and experience to take care of your needs.
What's the best way to find a Realtor in Fort Wayne?
There are plenty of different avenues that buyers come to us. Past referrals (word of mouth) is a big one. Buyers also find us through social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and a little place I like to call Active Rain.

If you're out there calling names and numbers on the signs in front of homes, remember one thing: The agent on that sign already has a relationship built with their sellers. While some can represent both sides, it's probably hard to be absolutely fair to both when a relationship has already been established.
