It Was A Good Impromptu Open House At

For my new listing at 2324 Melinda Drive in Owings Mills, there was a showing scheduled today from 4-5 and I took advantage of the situation. I put my OPEN HOUSE sign out and posted in the MLS.

Interior designer, Norbert Young stopped by along with one of the local lenders. It was fun listening to Norbert describe the changes he would make in this home.

Instead of only one person seeing this new listing, there were three who toured the property. Did it sell? Not yet...but I will continue to get potential buyers into the home and other contacts who may know of the right buyer.

Hi Margaret, When I am showing property I listen for the way the Buyers see the home and what changes they might want to make. Since my background was in design, I can help them re-inforce the ideas and if the changes would be a value benfit to the property. Having an interior designer give you ideas will help you share those ideas that might also be doable.
