Taking a Life Lesson From Jerry Seinfeld
I'm a big "Seinfeld" fan . . . and thankfully, most of my close friends are too.
We talk about life, business and episodes! Life isn't about nothing, and "Seinfeld" wasn't either, although that was the pitch.
It's a show about . . . . . . . nothing! It might have had that tagline, but it was NEVER "nothing of a show."
"Seinfeld" -- now THAT was a show.
Jerry Seinfeld has a new series now. Ever watch it? You should:

Brilliant premise.
In the recent episode with Kevin Hart, Jerry talks about why he stopped "Seinfeld." He knew that there was a time when it would become . . . nothing. He talks about knowing that it was fine now, but things could go wrong. He had the ratings, he had the audience, he had the sponsors.
But, he left on his time.
He talks about this in the Kevin Hart episode at minute marker @19:10: "One of us is gonna get eaten here,"
Jerry knew that about his business. And when he left the show, he knew it wasn't going to be him.
How many times in my business life do I have to realize that very thing? "One of us is gonna get eaten here. Who's it gonna be?"
I can tell you that in this real estate biz, that concept applies. Jerry knew when it was time to leave, and that can be the key to keeping the focus on something . . . not nothing.
Time to re-evaluate the client who is draining?
Who's it gonna be?
The show is on the Internet! Sponsored by Accura. Brilliant marketing!
