In fact, sellers should be rejoicing as the average sales price shot up to $214K, bettering the 12-month average by $26K. The days-on-market for sold homes moved in the right direction to, dropping to 79 days (annual average is currently 95 days). Also good news is the sales price to list price ratio remained high at 98.56%. Sellers who price according to the current market conditions are reaping the benefits of a strong market right now.

Buyers have good options as well, with 141 homes to choose from at the moment. In addition the price points between $31K and $549K have homes available providing just about something for every consumer in the real estate market in Bonaire GA in November 2014!
