We never know who is reading and how that might help someone else.  I have gotten calls from people at the banks I have 'touted' in blogs for poor performance.  They don't like the negative publicity

Ah yes...climbing the escalation ladder in short sales does get you to the top of the closing table !

That is awesome. I had an agent tell me she tells everyone about one of my blogs about birds nest. I had no idea she had even read it.

Ginny Gorman so interesting that still after so many years of Short Sales, B of A is still mistreating people. Glad you advice helped though.
