Pinellas County Florida Single Family Home Absorption Rate - 2014

Pinellas County Florida's single family home absorption rate for 2014 shows how the market has improved as the year ended.

When we compare the absorption rates for October and November and compare 2014 to previous years, we get the following information:

 

Oct 2012     28.5%        Oct 2013  24.2%       Oct 2014  29.2%

Nov 2012   29.6%        Nov 2013 20.7%      Nov 2014 23.1%

Yes home sales are rising for sure.  My new favorite Neighborhood of Tesoro has not sold anything in 10 years and since August we sold 5 and have listed another 9.  And now there are 12 sold besides ours.
