You Can Take the Girl Out of the Country but....
You Can't Take the Country Out of the Girl
Most people think I only sell city properties. Yet, I am a country girl at heart. I was born and raised on a beef farm and I do love the outdoors. So, when my office manager asked me to take this referral I jumped at the chance.
My clients, Jodale and Ralph, were moving here from California. They have 2 horses so they needed a property with at least 2 acres and they might like to expand their family at some time in the future so there had to be enough land for 3 horses which meant 3 acres or more. The property had to be an hour commute from Ralph's work near BWI.
After a lot of driving and research they decided on a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom ranch style home on a little more than 5 acres. Along with the house, there is a barn with 5 stalls for horses, paddocks and a riding ring. When we met at the property today for the final walk through it was the first time Jodale had seen the property. She loved it!! It met all her criteria for the horses and for her personally.
This afternoon, Jodale and Ralph settled on their new home.
I am licensed in the state of Maryland. I live in Baltimore County and my office is in Howard County. I sell urban and rural properties and will travel. I have sold homes as far away as Frederick, New Windsor (Carroll County),Aberdeen (Harford County), Burtonsville (Montgomery County), East New Market (Dorcester County) and many in between.
