Belly Dancing for Seniors! Yes, That’s Right. Crow River Senior Center, Don’t Miss It!

I have had the pleasure of learning to belly dance from some of the best at the Renaissance Festival in Minnesota!

Don’t laugh; it is great exercise. And, now you can learn, too.

The class will be held on February 19 at 1 pm after the February pot luck….will people be able to dance after all that?

The cost is free, and there is no registration. Just be sure to wear comfortable loose clothing as men and women will learn about the ancient cultures of the Middle East through music and dance.

I don’t know about you, but I think this will be a BLAST!

What, no PICTURES?? Belly dancing is HARD....let me tell you...I have been a dancer all of my life and it takes a completely different set of muscles AND concentration to work those, rather than the muscles I was USED to working with other forms of dance. You GO, girl!
