One reason you should be blogging and as well as posting your listings on Burke Centre 3 bedroom townhouse for sale Bachman RE/MAX Active Rain is because it gets you and your properties seen.

In addition to selling our listings, part of our job is to keep our sellers happy during the process, partly by showing them that we understand the Internet and how to use social media to get their property seen.

I have lapsed in our listing postings on AR...you should not...and I should revert to my disciplined self.

The following online ad that I first posted 2/21/2015 as a "coming soon" announcement and then converted to a "For Sale" ad has received over 1000 click throughs as of this morning,,,crazy huh?...

Burke Centre Townhouse for sale Bachman RE/MAX I Tweeted this beauty a couple times and our clients posted the link on their personal Facebook pages.

Yesterday, the first day on the market (a Wednesday in a cold, snow covered neighborhood) there were 4 showings with more scheduled for today. Last night, a buyer's agent called at 9:30 to gather more data to prepare an offer.

Thanks guys. Clients love to see their home displayed in online ads. They spend time, money and energy getting their homes ready for showing at our insistance. Then they want to see some serious efforts from us in exchange for what they think is too much money in commisiion. Much of the public wonders what Realtors do...they want open houses and broker's opens partly because they want to see physical activity on our part. They do not see or understand all the detailed behind the scene stuff we do. That is why Jan and I still do full multi page color brochures, photo tours, online ads and property websites and get that in front of the client asap. Clients understand the creativity and work that goes into those visible activities and sends them to their friends, family and neighbors. That helps keep referrals going.

Steve and Jan Bachman Good post. I find so many listing posts from other Active Rainers to be sorely lacking in the media paths necessary for good SEO ranking. They lack hyperlinks, video, and an audio description. If you have enough time to post, then embellish the listing with all the tools. It goes a long way in the marketing of a home.
