SHOWCASE AGENT SELECTED FOR LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
Showcase Realty is proud to announce Broker Leigh Anne Forlidas’ selection as one of the 14 participants of the 2015 Charlotte Regional Realtor Association Leadership Academy. The CRRA Leadership Academy is an intense nine-month, five-stage program that focuses on goal setting, communication, business relationships, meeting management and time management.
“I am thrilled and proud of Leigh Anne and I know she will be an awesome addition to the group,” says Nancy Braun, Owner and Broker-In-Charge of Showcase Realty. “She is extremely passionate about real estate. She puts her all into every client and every transaction.” 
A graduate of Charlotte Latin School and Queens College with a degree in Mathematics, Leigh Anne is a born and bred Charlottean. Real Estate found this former Sprint Global Markets group sales executive whose personality is a natural fit for meeting new people.
“I’m truly honored and grateful to be included in the Leadership Academy,” says Leigh Anne. “I'm not only excited about the new opportunities this will give me to challenge myself; I also look forward to meeting new people and learning about ways to contribute to the program in the future."
In addition to being the Showcase Realty agent recruiter and trainer, Leigh Anne is a licensed broker in both North and South Carolina and works tirelessly to provide her clients with the level of service that everyone buying or selling a home deserves.
The Leadership Academy identifies, inspires and mentors emerging leaders. This leadership development program is designed to guide each participant through their own self-discovery process and to teach the necessary skills to become a more positive influence within the community and the industry.
Leadership Academy participants will attend training and development retreats that focus on how to lead in a variety of situations. After the retreats are completed participants prepare for graduation where they meet as a group to reflect on their personal growth and development. #SHOWCASEREALTY #REALESTATE #CRRA
