  • 13 Total Sales
  • 0 Bank Owned Sales (0% of all sales)
  • 1 Short Sales  (7% of all sales)
  • 7% of all sales are distressed property sales
  • Median price $275,000
  • Average days on Market 29

There are currently 60 Properties that are Pending/Under Contract in Patterson.

 

The lowest price home sold in Patterson during February 2015 was $175,000.   

 

The highest price home sold in Patterson during February 2015 was $302,183.

 

Distressed sales took a big jump this month as compared to last year. The median price also fell a bit. I think that the median price falling is probably temporary as we currently have 60 homes under contract in Patterson. Once these all close escrow my guess is that we will see the median price inch up again.

 

The number of homes on the market has risen to just over a 4 month supply. That's the highest it's been in quite some time.

How strange to think that one mountain range causes such a difference in the market place.  Patterson sounds like a place buyers should consider.

It sure does Lottie Kendall.  Just over those mountains home prices jump way up. Patterson gets a lot of commuter buyers.
