Drone Use For Marketing Homes?

Hi Lenn - I couldn't see much from the street view until I went around and got a look from the side. Is that your red pick-up?

Lenn - You may have a good point about agents using Google Earth, but then again, maybe there are agents using drones to take photos and video. Thanks for sharing this re-blog.

The professional photogreapher I use always uses a drone when shooting his pics. I like the idea of it!

The majority of the homes in our market are not drone worthy sitting on a postage size lot with neighbors junk in the backyard. Sometimes too much information can hurt. You however have a pretty place.

Lenn that is a big house and a lot of land.  That riding lawn mower is going to get a lot of use this year :)

Good morning Lenn. I do a lot of video when it comes to houses that we flip, but no drones as yet, the cost wouldn't be warranted, based on the price range, but can see it with more expensive homes.

I am seeing more and more of it here... I like it!

Lenn, I may be using drones to shoot some videos of some of the more popular neighborhoods in our area. It's not something you see agents doing here.
