Some showings are more fun than others

By
Real Estate Agent with Falcon Property Company

So I did a second showing today on this AMAZING house. It was vacant, staged beautifully, and everywhere you looked, it was perfection. Then we got to the dining room . . . this wasn’t here yesterday.

I’m trying to think of any reasonable explanation – or caption. Suggestions? Sent a copy of this photo to the Listing Agent. Can’t wait to hear what she says.

Home is where the hearth is.

I wondered where I left that.

There was a bra in the tree of the vacant house that wasn't there the day before

You expect ME to recognize a bra?  LOL.  Had it been a jock strap I'd have noticed instantly!

Mimi, Thank God for the comments. I was "lost" a well.

Was that the only sign of the previous viewer?

It wasn't there the day before when we did our first showing, Bill Roberts. The home was spotless - well, except for the tree ;)

See It. Experience It. Live It.

How funny!   Both the story and the fact that some of the guys were confused at what they were looking at in the tree.

In all seriousness, the romance writer side of you should be able to create a nice story to go along with the scene.   Maybe we will get to read about it in an upcoming book????

Too funny, Sondra Meyer: Next one is a romantic mystery with a touch of paranormal. It's been lots of fun! Hope you're well.

Wow, Mimi. That was showing a whole lot more than good tastes and granite countertops. My showings suddenly seem boring all of a sudden.

I'm glad people asked, because I simply thought someone had brought in a tree; I didn't notice the extra in the tree.

If there's not a camera, then I do hope the listing agent can nonetheless see who accessed the home, and ask a few questions.

Just amazing.  And I thought all the fun crowd was in Denver, clearly I'm wrong.
