Foster Tower is a PET FRIENDLY (verify) complex and is one of only two beach front condo buildings in Waikiki. Some units have 180 degree ocean views over Kalakaua Ave. and Kuhio Beach.

Foster Tower has 24-hour security, a resident manager, guest parking and vacation rentals are permitted with a minimum stay of 30 days. The building has partially converted from lease hold to fee simple.

Aloha R n A, We have many pet friendly buildings n Honolulu with varying degrees of shall we say "pleasantness". To be expected, most condos that are pet friendly have size and type restrictions, but we have more pet friendly HOA's and AOAO's now that deposits can be collected for pet tenants. Enjoy your 4th!

Aloha Brian, during the fee conversion a couple years back we had a sale but things have settled down a bit as far as turnover in the building. We are more interested in managing properties there but would be happy to list should someone find it necessary to do so. Mahalo for visiting!

Aloha David, what you are seeing reflected in the pricing is the unconverted Lease Hold units at the low end and the converted Fee Simple units at the top. It's not known if the trust that owns the lease hold units will offer the fee again for the remaining lease hold units or not.

Aloha Roy, Foster Tower is one of my favorite pet friendly buildings in Waikiki and the views are spectacular. Happy 4th!

Hi Kimo-I really like the pet friendly aspect of this buildingplus the location looks great to me. Questions: why is the building only partially fee simple? Is there 2 associations as well?

The studio for $275K must still be a free hold with very high monthly fees I suspect-must have a great view though!
