Thank you for your comments, It is not easy staying active on AR with how busy this summer has been. I keep a note book and write ideas in it has i go from showing to showing. Some days i write a bunch of blogs at once and schedule them. I havent been able to read as many blogs and comment as I like. i try to do it first thing but the last couple of weeks early appointments out me on the road early missing my AR time.

For somebody looking for a blank slate to build on, but having the infrastructure in placy already, this looks like an intriguing option.  I like the name a lot of the area, that was what initially drew me in.
