“Make sure Your Blogging Messages are Relevant”

 

I have learned over the last few years (since I have started blogging) to keep my information relevant. So, that when someone puts in a search there is the kind of information that is useful for some time period. I got this email as a result of a loan product that was available to folks that wanted to refinance multiple residential properties. The last two that I did were a package of 28 properties and the other 8 properties. The neat part is, I can do this loan product anywhere in the country. The email below came from Texas.

 

Hello Joe!!

 

 I am contacting you after locating a post online regarding a lender who will lend on up to 25 properties for 1 borrower. I am approaching my 10th investment property here shortly and am trying to prepare my strategy for acquiring more rentals in the future. I would love to hear more details on the loan products and who the lender is that can provide them. Are the 30 year fixed rate terms or ARM loans?? Any assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated, Thanks in advance!!! 

I continue to learn the lesson of keeping my blogs relevant all of the time, how about you?

Joe, It's an adjustment I made on some of my real estate posts that were subdivision specific.  I ditched the most recent sales info because I realized I would NOT be going back and updating them routinely, and I don't want a buyer finding "last three sales of 2013" as the most current info.

Joe, you are right if we post relevant blogs they will be read, and business will result from them.  Unfortunately there are a number of members on here who some how see the points as the goal and miss out on the true value that comes with blogging.
