“Get out of your own way… stop the paralysis by analysis… decide what you want, create a simple plan, and get moving!” ~ Steve Maraboli,

Some folks seem to have a talent for self-sabotage and many make blame-lessening excuses for their inability to act. It's not that the excuses aren't ever valid. It just sometimes the excuses come whether they are valid or not.
I believe that everything in life starts with the right opportunity. It is the one that can take you to that next level of success. The one that when you see it, you want to grab it and run.
Over the past several months, I have been reading a lot about success and doing a lot of deep introspection of self and the business. I was stagnat and needed to understand the reason. Below are some of what I have gleaned from my studies.
    1. Be disciplined. I am in competition with others who are talented. I can't be sloppy.
    2. Be confident. Overcome insecurities. Tap into the latent “other self”. The one that knows what it wants and will do what it takes to obtain it.
    3. Be bold. Make a decision and do it. I can’t win the game sitting on the sidelines.
    4. Be humble. I realized I was lost. I swallowed my pride and asked others for help.
    5. Revel in others success. When I applauded the growth, happiness and success of others, they celebrated mine.
In short, I needed to learn to get out of my own way. When I do that, growth happens.

It is a GREAT day at Complete Home Inspections!

Good morning Michael. Very good advice, we have all seen it, it's frustrating to watch, but no matter the advice or coaching, these are tough habits to break.
