Here in Colorado, a lot of us are looking forward to long drives in the mountains to enjoy the golden colored aspen trees.
This summer, I've been crazy busy, in a good way. This fall, I'm hoping to spend some time catching up with friends. I haven't even had a chance to say hi to my Active Rain friends lately. Sharon Lee , if if you read this, I can't wait until your next trip back to Colorado. I still smile when I think about how much fun we had.
Debbie Laity , John G. Johnston , Belinda Spillman and Dale Poll we need to get together soon. Our Active Rain meetup was too much fun last time. Wait...there is no such thing as too much fun. It was fun. Donna Foerster we need to have you with us next time also.
Dick Greenberg I'm still hoping to meet you and your wife Mary one of these days. I still haven't gotten to talk camera's with you yet.
I also owe Gary Woltal a thank you for reminding me that I really need to get a blog posted. Thank you Gary.
If any of you happen to be in Parker, Colorado on Friday - October 9th - feel free to join me for Art & Wine. The Wildlife Experience at the Linger Building at CU South Denver is hosting an Art & Wine event from 6-10 pm. The admission includes unlimited food and wine tastings. It's my understanding that there will be over 200 bottles of wine to sample from.
My goal is to blog about the Art & Wine event again in the very near future.
Sincerely,
Sondra Meyer
