What's My Emerald Hills Delta CO Home Worth Real Estate News Nov. 2015
Real Estate activity got off to a slow start this year in Emerald Hills. Homes didn't start selling until June. The neighborhood also experienced some foreclosure activity, but that is going down as the sales go up. There are still a few new construction foreclosures on the market, and these are a wonderful opportunity if you are looking to buy a home.
As far as sales and listing information, here's what's happening in the neighborhood:
- There are three active listings.
- Prices range from $155,000 to $173,500.
- One home is under contract.
- The average listing price is $164,895.
- The median listing price is $166,000. So there haven't been any surprise sales to skew the numbers.
- So far this year four homes have sold. A bank owned property was the lowest priced sale at $150,000.
- The average sales price is $160,000.
