I guess I should have posted this before Thanksgiving! Well, in any case, these tips still apply.
Seems like every one is trying to diet these days....but, you don't have to deprive yourself to keep your waistline in check.
Go for quality, not quantity. Eat small amounts of the indulgences and savor every bite!
Before you snack, ask yourself if you are really hungry? Save extra calories for those items you really want!
If you eat more than you should, get back on track. Don't disregard your better eating habits because you think you already have blown it.
Do not avoid meals. Chew slowly and keep these habits all year long....not just during the holidays.
