Top Real Estate Articles for October 2015

I am always amazed (and sometimes miffed) at which articles consumers really take a shine to and which fall short. Fortunately they seemed to enjoy these offerings quite a bit last month and I am thankful.

If you do not follow my Wordpress blog, you may have missed my top real estate articles for November 2015. Here they are:

  • 10 Things to Consider About Neighborhoods When Buying a Home - This article was so much fun to put together. I am a huge advocate on  marketing centered around local neighborhoods because I know this type of content resonates with both buyers and sellers. This article got a lot of attention on Stumbleupon for some reason. Way more shares on that site than any of my previous articles. No complaints here...more social shares are always welcomed!
  • 14 Remodeling Ideas to Increase Your Homes Value - A collaboration with the Infographic coming from another source. Remodeling is an easy topic to write about and is something that many consumers want to read and learn more about. At just over 3K words it is the largest article I have written it quite awhile. It caught the attention of a national site which has generated an upcoming guest blogging opportunity. Way cool!  

A great way to generate more interest is to provide links to similar resources at the bottom of each article. When you share your articles on a platform like Google Plus, letting those you highlight know about it often means they will re-share your articles with their followers increasing your online footprint.
