The Sun River St George real estate market remained strong during the month of November 2015. Available inventory was down and prices continue to rise. You'll notice that sales prices fell 18.42% and there were only 2 homes priced under $200,000 for sale. There were 43 homes for sale in SunRiver November 2015. Check out the latest statistics below~
There were 18 homes sold in SunRiver during November 2015-
3 homes sold for between $150,000-$200,000
3 homes sold for between $200,000-$250,000
2 homes sold for between $250,000-$300,000
2 homes sold for between $300,000-$350,000
3 homes sold for between $350,00-$400,000
1 home sold for between $450,000-$500,000
2 homes sold for between $500,000-$600,000
1 home sold for between $600,000-$700,000
1 home sold for between $800,000-$850,000
For a year over year comparison-
Average Sales Price in November 2014 was $413,961-in November 2015 it was $337,727. Sales prices decreased 18.42% year over year in November.
Given the volume of sales, there was a 2.47 month supply of SunRiver homes for sale in November which is down 49.59% from last year at this time when there was approximately 4.9 month supply of SunRiver homes for sale.
During the month of November 2015, homes in SunRiver sold for 97.8% of their original listed price!
There were 43 homes for sale in November which is 33 less than the previous year in 2014.
Prices are great, although they are rising and inventory of homes for sale in SunRiver is significantly lower indicating a greater demand for them! Interest rates are still great which makes this a wonderful time to purchase a home in SunRiver St George! It looks like the St George Utah 55+ Communities market remains strong and prices are starting to rise.
