Serving people for too many years to count, I am still amazed at how when things go super smooth the credits roll in on what a great person you are to represent them. The truth is many times you put in countless hours and beat your head against the wall making that house which should have been a quick and easy sale go to closing. That is the project that gives you experience instead of accolades. Afterall experience is what you get when you don't get what you want. Today I have a closing on the perfect small home in a nice neighborhood that should have been an easy sale.... Well I am on my way to the closing... I will let you know how it went when I get back.
