My Ten Memorable Moments of 2015 look out 2016 can you top this? I had a friend on Active Rain Challenge me to participate in a contest listing my ten memorable moments of 2015. First I was debating should I part take or not. Then I thought about it, why not it is the end of the year: Let's have FUN and reflect. Now with that said here it is:
- (ten) Listed a 10.8-acre parcel in 90210 zip code now selling for $17.9m
9. (nine)Bought Diane a New Honda CRV
8. (eight)Replaced the worst stove our Kitchen with a Kitchenaid Stove
7.(seven) Wiley our backyard Kitty, got a New House and on Christmas Eve he moved in.
6. (six) Had lunch with Yolanda G & Bob G. and yes Virtual Diane sneaked out from work and became actual Diane and a new friendship blossomed.
5.(five) Diane & I got together with Ron, Alexandra S. & Michael J. for the first time. (Virtual D. became actual D for many in 2015) Great lunch and fun conversations and more friendships developed.
4. (four)Met Dick G., Mel & Inna for the first time and Active Rain just keeps adding more friends.
3.(three) Recognized by Berkshire Hathaway for being in the top 4% Nationwide of all Agents.
2.(two)We identified the mystery fruit in the back yard: the sweetest Navel Oranges (thanks to the arborist)
1(One). Chiachi aka Satchmo our dog became my best friend and Realtor’s assistant. He isnot only my assistant but he became my Zen Master.
