That is what is written of all the states in the USA, Rhode Island is the most romantic state! What makes it high on the heap for that status?

Hold your derbys and smartphones close...Rhode Islanders drink the most champagne, eat the most chocolate and have the most sex. Perhaps this is where you want to find that 'one' that rocks your boat!

Listen all if you live in Hawaii, Wyoming or Nebraska (alas) well you are at the bottom of the barrel (just kidding!) in being romantic at all. RI welcomes you in.
